This trophy is designed for SERCO’s 2007 Leadership Awards. Serco is an international service company which improves by managing people processes, technology and assets effectively. This award is given the chif exective as recognition of innovative thinking and inspiring leadership. The spheres on the panels are represented as the crucial three elements: Heart, Head Hand which are the leader’s principle of SERCO, and promote the company.
